I was not able to find it either, but IIRC it was at Linux Insider, which seems to nowadays post occasionally from MS and SCO mouthpieces.

A few years ago I noticed that the articles with really damning facts tended to disappear quickly. One example would be articles estimating the quarterly economic damage due to MS viruses and worms.

By the way, I seem to recall that MS delayed one of the BSD or Debian distros by putting pressure on the CD manufacturer to cancel the deal. I can't recall specifically, but it was sometime 1998-2000 That would be a good citation to have handy.
