the high-end, potentially confusing features that a full suite does.
I would be interested in what "suite" features of OO you think are
confusing compared to a word-processor only program like AbiWord that
you discuss. I'd also be interested in hearing from Hans as to what his
students thought was confusing or overwhelming in OO.
Paul is right is saying that Open Office could be installed in such a way
where only the word processing part (Writer) is available. However, it
still has a lot of features that beginners might get confused with.
Are you saying that Writer has a lot of features that beginners might
get confused with or OO as a suite? Could you expand upon that and
provide some info on what features you think would be confusing to a
beginner?
