I stopped using Open Office V1.X because it was ridiculously cumbersome to
create an envelope.

I just downloaded V2 and it is still ridiculously difficult to create and
print an envelope. This is an everyday use.  Can I save the settings?

Mail merge is like the Windows 3,000 unecessary steps to create an envelope.
I just want to create and print one envelope at a time easily. 

Please look at Wordperfect V 3.5 for the MAC to find the best envelope
function on the planet. It creates an envelope whether or not you are
writing a letter and maintains the addresses for future reference and use in
a pop down menu. In fact Wordperfect for the MAC is the best word processor
I ever used. Simple, intuitive and quick.  I would buy it now if someone
ports it to MAC OS X. Make it for Linux
