It is entirely proper to sell OpenOffice.org particularly for a price
like 2.99 pounds. If I am guessing correctly that is something like
$5.00 US. That would be a fair price for OOo on CD. Many people have
only a dial-up connection and for them downloading OOo is just not an
option. So purchasing OOo already burned to a CD is the only way that
they could obtain it. That 3 pound, 5 dollar price really just covers
the cost of time and materials to put OOo on disk. So it is entirely
fair and proper.
