I have been a user of OOorg for a few years, and made the occasional
donation.
Regarding 'Base' introduced in the v.2.0. I believe it would help if
you introduced a third option in
addition to using 'edit existing' and 'Create using design view'.
'Create a table by entering data'. This would provide a simple and
easy to use method of
creating a database.
Going back to 1994, I recollect using Lotus 123 a database program,
part of Lotus Smartsuite.
It seemed user friendly. I still have the prog on floppy disks. I am
not sure what happened to
the Lotus programs, but their main problem was convertability to other
formats, which OOorg has overcome.
