I just finished your survey and I wanted to make one more suggestion. I seems like all of the successful open source projects have an extension or plug-in framework. This allows developers to add little add-ons to your already great software... it fosters innovation and puts the pressure of bug free software on the plug-in developer instead of you. It also makes the software much more adaptable.. if there is a strange file format that a developer whats to add support for, a plug-in system would allow them to work on a small module instead of messing with the entire codebase. I think it would be an excellent idea and would make openoffice even more appealing.

Thank you,
Robin Carnow
