If we can verify that this is the problem the fix for it would be easy:
just remove some lines from the xlb files.
I've seen this problem few times.
Indeed some script.xlb and dialog.xlb files (in /user/basic/) had
references.
With the installation of a newer OOO those files where automatically
copied from a previous installation. The references were not updated
automatically and after removing the older installation (and paths) the
error message came up.
As said: it's easy to change the files.
