What sort of printer is it?

If you can take out the heads, then if all it is is dry ink, then run it under some warm water or over the steam from a boiling kettle, this usually works, (Usually)

This usually happens under Windows if the print spooler crashes. Reboot
and see if the problem is still there.

I cannot print too, because ink ran out completely and this damaged the
printer :/ If someone knows any way to clean the head off dry ink, tell
me.
