I don't think Front Page is part of MS Office but I have never really
used MS Office.
I find a separate program is much better for web management as it can
be focused on the design. I use Quanta.

At least I know that I can create pages that meet web standards.
I have also used NVU and Mozilla Composer.
I am not a web developer. I only do it as a hobby.
