I have installed OO 2.0 on two identical servers running W2k Server SP4, TS 2000 and Citrix 3.0. On one of the servers when I use attempt to open email attachments using OO 2.0 I get the error message The system cannot find the specified path. This is baffling because open office works as it should on the other server and the installs were identical. Any insight would be helpful.
