I don't understand this. In a pie chart there are no axes. Do you want
to add texts on the four sides, left, right, top and bottom of the chart?
3. after creating a chart then i want graph label for that chart ...
Graph label? Maybe Insert/Data Labels is what you seek. This inserts
labels for all data series. If you only want to insert labels for one
series, select the series and open the object properties. There you find
a tab "Data Labels".
