We havent had any similar problem like this perhaps you want to supply a
more detailed report. Usually when it comes to programs not starting is
because Windows file managmenet is corrupted. The user get a Visual C++
error. However in your case this doesn't seem to be the problem

We would like to look more into it to provide a possible solution but we
need more information. A quick alternative is to re-install but 'cleanly'
this means, deleting your temporary files and profile files as well. This
are usually located in the Application Data folder and is supplied as a
hidden folder.
