There exists a bug inside OOo 2.0.3 regarding this lock file. Normaly it's removed on closing OOo. So next start of an office does not show this message. But if you dont close the office but logout from e.g. windows .... these lock files inst removed successfully. So you will get this message on next time you start the office.
