Why would you want to do such a thing? If you need an indicator of "this
is Björn's private build with additional diagnostics", then I suggest
you do not re-use an existent definition with a well-known (ehm)
semantics, but create a new one - say, -DBM_DEBUG.
Well, then I misunderstood the use of this debug level. I thought it is
intended for a verbosity of debug output. That is, when you set it to 3
or 4, you get more output, even for other projects.
But in fact, I usually need this only for my own stuff, so a private
DEBUG-define works also.
