That's so simple, but it works. Thank you. So the view > toolbars menu doesn't just control the current toolbars, but the sets the preferred visibility for future ones too? I think that is what I had missed before. Regards, -- Jim Ottaway Hi Jim! The View > Toolbars sets visibility of all toolbars; if it is not checked, it will not display. :) What's more, if you click on "View > Toolbars > Customize Toolbar" you can make any changes you need to the various toolbars. Also, you can save the setting to the app you are in, or specific to the document. Therefore, if you need a special set of toolbars for a particular document, you can save those settings to that document only, but have the "normal" toolbar set in your other documents. Just to note, you'll need to do this in each app...the toolbars need to be set up separately in Writer, Calc, etc. Sincerely, Andrew Robertson Export Manager derma eR Natural Bodycare ph. 805-582-2710 xt. 244 fx. 805-582-2730 [EMAIL PROTECTED] www.dermae.net --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
