Yes, of course I will do that if I encounter any problems.

My question was, rather, whether known problems are compiled into a list
somewhere, not necessarily officially.  It’s quite common to have a file
of that sort; Emacs, for example, has such a file.

Incidentally, I am certainly not saying that there *ought* to be such a
file.

It looks as though the bug database is indeed the closest thing to
what I was looking for.

Naturally, but I don’t really have any influence in this case, I am
afraid.
