Hi Liu

Anyway, while I was using the software, I've always been thinking if it's
possible to customize the "right-click menu", it would be just even easier to use.

If you're using Windows and studying IT, you might want to consider using a macro or scripting program. This way you can customise your entire computing experience, not just your use of Writer.

When I used Windows, I used to use PowerPro (http://powerpro.webeddie.com/). This program lets you record macros and write scripts, and attach them to shortcut keys, menus and icon bars. It has a steep learning curve, but it allows you to customise just about anything.

Another progam to consider would be Autohotkey (http://www.autohotkey.com/). This is a similar program that also allows you to compile your scripts as executables. That way you can share your scripts without others needing to install Autohotkey. This program also has a steep learning curve.

If you'd like to try something easier to use, you might want to have a look at Batchrun (http://www.outertech.com/index.php?_charisma_page=product&id=1).
This is a simpler program with a more graphic interface.

All of these programs are free, and will allow you to do the sorts of things you are talking about quickly and easily. And they allow this will all of the programs you are using, not just OpenOffice.org.

Of course, the solution focussed only on OpenOffice.og is to learn OpenOffice macros. That's a big job, and I don't know whether it will let you customise the right click menu, but it will allow you to add extra functionality to OpenOffice as well as making repetitive tasks simpler.
