Hi,

I want to install the OOoLatex macro not only for me, but to the general
"OpenOffice Macros" so that not each member of our group has to install it
him/her-self. Unfortunately I have no idea how to achieve that. Even as
root it doesn't let me add macros to the "OpenOffice Macros". Copying the
openoffice.org2/user/basic/OOoLatex directory to
usr/lib/openoffice/share/basic where all the openoffice macros are located doesn't help either. I guess I also have to add the macro to a config file,
I only don't know which one.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
Bernd

Hi, Bernd. See this thread in the forum:

As far as I understand, that tool can install a package from some central repository to the user's installation (container "My Macros").
Try as root:
# cd <ooo_install_path>/program/
# ./unopkg --help
and see chapter 4.9.1 of the dev-guide.
