I have tried using S.O. 8.
!! Why don't you employ me for this work (not pass me off as a crank)! I
would tell you how to design it, and would make sure you get the wording
right and understandable to all, both grammatically and in usage. As a user,
I now know a good amount re. how it should be... Yes: with my intelligence,
I would still take into account fellow-users' comments. I would also make
efforts to see that everything is properly tested, before releasing it for
pressing... !
I did feel _buyer's remorse_, actually !!
Look at the raft of stupid faults with which StarOffice 8 was released -- on
disc !! That was too much, and I, for one, can not afford that long download
of the first, vital Patch.
(Search comes with horrible mistake of English usage: it should be *'Fewer'*
Options, not 'Less' !!)
