OpenOffice.org - I am very impressed with OpenOffice and I now use it exclusively. One thing that bothers me often is that your crop tool is not interactive. I can't "drag in" the borders of an image to crop it; I must crop by guessing numerical values, and squint at the thumbnail preview to guess whether the crop will suffice. I much prefer the (more standard?) interactive crop method... not that you couldn't make both methods possible at the same time. But I think your current crop system should be addressed.
