As with all open source GPL software, you are free to do this yourself. Since OOo is open source, you have access to the source code, so you could change the splash screen to read "Wright Office, this software brought to you courtesy of Craig Wright", or something like that. As far as paying someone in the OOo community to rebrand it, I don't think that there are any such people, this is a community of volunteers, not a business corporation. Either you would have to do this yourself, or find someone with the knowledge of how to do it. This has been done by a number of businesses, one I recall was called Luxurity Office, or something like that. They sold it for a fairly high price, which while legal, is not looked upon favorably by many. Generally it is better to either give the software away with a note that it is curtesy of, --- and just place an add in the splash screen, or sell it at a low price on CD noting that it is essentially free software, and they are paying for the convienience of not having to download it. It is widely available, and is included with virtually every copy of Linux, so anyone buying a copy of it is likely to discover sooner or later, that the software is availble for free!
