[discuss] formatting mismatch between MS office and open office documents

I am using version 2.1 of OpenOffice.org. My problem is :
Using the office suite using copies from work as MS word and MS PowerPoint 
often end up with mismatch in formatting. If Vista and MS Office not shall be 
the one and only office suite I would like the open office to snatch more of MS 
formatting of documents with no mismatch.
