Hi, Martin,

Nothing is missing. E-mail is not a normal part of office packges, since everyone generally prefers to choose their own.

However, you have a number of excellent 'compatible' packages to choose from:

* Thunderbird (not to be confused with the beverage) is easy to use and customize:
    o http://www.mozilla.com/thunderbird/
    o
https://addons.mozilla.org/search.php?app=thunderbird&appfilter=thunderbird&sort=rating

 * Eudora wasn't originally open souce, but is now joining with Thunderbird.
    o http://eudora.com/

 * The Mozilla Suite contains all Thunderbird fuctions, plus some:
    o http://www.mozilla.org/products/mozilla1.x/

* Opera also has a built-in mail program. It's small and fast, though not open source.
    o http://www.opera.com/

Of course, there's many more. I use pine a lot myself. However, the above should get you started.
