[discuss] Open Office GUI for Mac

I am using Open Office v2.1 for Mac OS X Jaguar (10.4.8).  I  
downloaded the software today and was thrilled to see the features  
that it offers and the speed at which it operates.  However, as a Mac  
user I was very disappointed with the windows format menus and  
dialogue boxes for opening files etc.  It would be great to see this  
program enhanced to provide the same interfaces as all other software  
for Macs instead of using a windows format made to work on a Mac.   
The program would then truly live up to the hype that it is "The best  
office suite for your Mac".  I hate to criticize something that is  
free and that so many people have developed on their own time but as  
of now v2.1 for Mac OS X has a third rate GUI that sorely needs to be  
brought up to the high quality standards of Mac software.
