When I insert an envelope in writer, it adds another page. How can I
delete
this page?
Insert / Envelope is a convenient way of inserting an envelope to an
existing document. If you insert an envelope into an existing page, you
are left with an existing page. However, on the Insert / Envelope dialogue
box is a button called "New Doc". If you click this button instead of
"Insert" your envelope will be a new document without having the extra
page.
Alternatively, create a new document, and select the paper size that suits
your envelope size. (I use DL.) Experiment with the margins until they are
correct. You may want to save this as a template.
