I never heard that Massachussetts got anything from the ODF foundation that was testable. Do you have some information about this? I would be very interested to hear more. Until now the plugin from the ODF Foundation looks like vaporware. The "proof of concept" version you can download from their website is a nice joke and nobody except themselves knows if they will ever release something that works and how that will work. I don't know why they make this such a big secret. It's a very strange behavior from an organization that has the word "Open" in its name.
