I can't see that anyone else has answered, so I'll take a crack at it.
Apparetly OOo ships with a "Microsoft Installer (MSI) for Windows
platforms" since version 2.0:

Caveat: However, I am the wrong person since I neither use nor condone the
use of of any MS products or technologies (for technical, economic and
ethical reasons), so the information above is based on blind guessing and
search engines. You may also be interested to try phasing in LTSP or
K12LTSP. The clients can be run on many different systems, though most
documentation is about Ubuntu or Debian.
