Sure that your bank can´t do that? I was able to send money from Europe to America using the international swift code of the receiving bank. I am quite confident that this works the other way round too, that´s what those Swift codes are for. And it´s not that America is a less developed country ;-) I am quite sure that if you give your bank the full data that´s mentioned on the donation page they will be able to transfer money.
