Hello Duarte,
I suppose the Help files and generally the whole interface is
available in Portuguese. There is a Portuguese version (still 2.1)
available for Windows and Linux. See

If you're thinking of Mac, there are only Release candidates (just
before the stable version 2.2) available, not a stable version. You
can take a look at good-day:

look for Intel or PPC install_pt
