I am the creator and maintainer of the Australian English dictionary for
OpenOffice.org.
Russell Butler and myself are currently creating the beta release of an
Australian Medical dictionary which will become and additional dictionary.
With OpenOffice.org you can use your normal dictionary plus additional
dictionaries. If the area of medicine interests you, this may be
something you can assist with.
Anyone who wishes to assist is welcome.
It is very easy to assist. All you need to do is to spell check your
work and when you find words which you feel should be added to the
dictionary, add them to your custom dictionary.
Once you have collected a few words, you can submit them to Russell.
