Hello I downloaded Openoffice to my computer for my daughter to use on her computer. I backed it up onto a CD and put the CD into her computer but we cannot use it. It seems it wont install. I am not very good with computers so if you could help I would appreciate it.
It really depends on what error messages are being reported. I assume that you put the file that you downloaded onto the CD. When you double click the file from the CD - what happens?
