The one feature of Word that I really miss in Writer is the ability to
accept or reject individual changes (previously highlighted in TRACK
CHANGES) directly off the mouse button?
Is this something that other users are also requesting?

Can't say that I've seen another request for it. I also couldn't find it
(after a quick search) as a requested enhancement. Possibly something you
can create if it is something you think people would use.
