While I was out of town, a spammer hit one of our pages in the wiki on
the 25th. User perla nabbed it two days later on the 27th:

However, the initial spam did not show up in my watchlist, only perla's
correction. What's up with that?
Also, is there a way to limit write access to parts of the wiki to
project or team members so as to reduce the probability of that
happening again?
