You need to include the dolor before the number as well (eg: $B$6). The first dolor fixes the column (ie: $B), and the second fixes the row (ie: $6).

Hi

Use open office a lot - keep up the excellent work

Ive just written a spreadsheet that required a large number of formula copies. There were a mix of absolute and relative location references in the formulae.

I created the absolute reference by placing a $ sign in front of the location reference (eg $B6 ).

When I copied these were all treated exactly as relative references.

Have I missed something in the help or is there a bug?

Thanks
