I found out after purchasing a product on eBay that the item shown here:

is actually the same that you are developing. I don't expect to get my
money back or anything just feel like someone is taking advantage of what

The selling of OOo is completely legal. The license that OOo is offered
under allows the resale of the product. Normally vendors include additional
open source software however this is not always the case.
Some people cannot (or don't want to) download a large file, therefore will
purchase a CD.
