2007/7/24, [EMAIL PROTECTED] <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:

I am using version 2.2 1 of OpenOffice.org. My problem is :

I think it'd better to improve OpenOffice on the following features.
<snip>
2. In OpenOffice.org 2.2 1, we can change the pages' background color through
the menu File\Page setting... But when change the background color to bule in
this way, what we get? the central area of the pages turn to blue but the
margin of the pages still keep white. If I need to change the whole page's
background color, how can I do? In fact, usually we wanna change the whole
page's background color not just the central area.

You can change the background colour for the printable area (or
margins). This is because the program is print-oriented.
If you want to have a background colour while you work, you can change
it in Extra > Options > OpenOffice > Formatting (?) > User colours >
Document background
