Hi,
I just re-installed (updated) Open Office and took the
survey. On it there was a list of areas for possible
improvement, and the stand out for me was not listed so I
just wanted to let you know what it is.
In Calc, when you do a web query to import info from
websites ("import external data" in Excel), you can't view
the page that you're importing from - unless I'm missing
something. This means for me that I end up importing the
entire page, not just the information I need, and then
having to delete the remainder.
And since I use this function a lot, what it ultimately
means for me is that I still mainly use Excel and not
Calc. I'd like for that not to be the case, as I'm trying
to ween myself off Microsoft to the extent possible.
