There is one reason /I still use Word: I have access to a refence
manager (á la Reference Manager, EndNote).
As far as I know, there is only one reference manager or Linux, named
Sixpack. I have never found out how to install it, but anyhow. If you
can think of possibilities for making/finding a reference manager that
can be coupled to Writer, I think the acceptance for Openoffice in
scientific groups would increase.
