you could either stop these damn ripoffs or take advantage of GPL like
these people and ripoff others. i'd say you should try OxgenOffice aka
OpenOffice.org Premium which is loaded with goodies. You could also
think of selling and distributing TheOpenCD from Canonical. You could
custom compile your own list of applications too..

Think of how big the MS market is. Think of how big your potential
pool of ripoff victims are.
