The print preview in writer appears in the drop-down "File" menu, when you are
using writer in the print view. It is labeled as "page view" and should be
there if you are using the default settings for tool bar and button options. If
it is not there already, Check to make sure you "view" is set to "print" mode.
If it isn't there, and you are using the print view you can add it from
Tools>customize>menus, Find and select the function you want to add to the
menu, and then click add.
