Hello, First of all I would like to give a comment about contacting you. It should never be an issue of a cliant to try to find the way to contact company it should be matter of company to make it as easy as possible to cliants to contacty the company!!! So wrong: million different emails where customer should try to find the right one. Right: And contact form easily found allready on first webpage. In contact for you can use drop down menu to show different places where customer can contact and also a place if he/she does not know where to contact a general customers support contact. Then he/she does not have to do anything else than write a message. Something like this is really simple to make and it works!!! I can tell, because I use it on my webstore. More often the easy way is the best way!
Second commet, the system of Open Office write; where on earth I can find place where I can click away all the annoying "help" systems that try to think for me. I like to write myself not let the system to write for me. I know what my page should look like not some automatic system that tries to think for me. Because it never works, every single time they think wrong way! I want to do everything manually. And I mean everything!!! How can I do it??? Jani Piirainen
