It sounds like you are talking about subscribing to the "discuss" list
(rather than "registering" which is most often used to mean you are
registering your free license to use OpenOffice.org sofware). Your
message did appear on the "[email protected]" list so you succeeded
in signing up!

Go ahead, we are reading you loud and clear. If you did NOT receive a
copy of your message that was sent to the list, you may need to talk to
your ISP to see why messages are not coming through ... feel free to
