If that's the problem, maybe he should ask for help rather than making
unhelpful comments that make it look as though his keyboard is
sticking.

JJ: There is a return path somewhere in list mail headers containing
the subscription address (or at least, a big hint). Check the OOo web
site for how to unsubscribe an address that isn't your usual 'send'
address. The info is there, but you might have to dig a bit.
