A complete OS from CD including applications like OpenOffice.org already exists: it's called "Linux Live CD" and you can get it from all major distributions. If you think that OOo needs some fixes or additions to make that work, please describe them exactly, preferable in our bug tracking system. Then we can see if this is something we can and want to do.
