Possibly.  It doesn't affect me anyway. But if I were on dialup, I'd be 
very frustrated at having to download 150Mb or so to get a small 
incremental improvement, and it wouldn't improve my opinion of the OOo 
project. I'd hate to see M$ being gifted excuses for people to 
stay.......

Now that would be useful.

One might also add "what's newly broken" perhaps  :-) :-)
