I have seen problems with #10 envelopes raised some time 
ago.  The solution is to use a similar size envelope like the DL 
and that is good enough.  Try it out on a plain sheet of paper 
first to see how it lines up with your envelopes.

If this is still a problem with the latest version of OOo, perhaps 
a #10 envelope user should post a bug report.  I'm in the UK, 
so I don't use it.
