You will recieve all emails posted to the list while you remain subscribed. To get subscribed you must have applied then replied to the confirmation email that was sent by the list server. Unsubcribe information is at the bottom of each post. On another point - if you believe you have a spam email you should _never_ reply to it. Just delete it. If you reply to it you are telling the spammers that they have a valid email address and the spam you recieve will increase.
