Dear Michael Adams and Julian of Norwich,

Thank you for your response to my off-the-forum question. But it is perhaps
worthwhile to elaborate the problem. What I really need is to publish, either
on-paper or on-line, my 30-year-long independent research in physics,
introducing the reform of modern physics and paving the way to the reform of
modern science in general, including humanities, which is perhaps hard to
believe. As an analysis shows, however, such a reform is of vital importance
for the destiny of civilization. Last year, when staying in Britain, I managed
to print privately two books with my research and
donated them to libraries and academies of some European countries and the USA.
But there has been no response and the scientific establishment seems to
boycott, as before, all my calls for support and help. I am a pensioner living
in Israel and cannot do much in such conditions. For this reason I have
decided to investigate the possibility of support from the OpenOffice
organization to which I am very much grateful for its free and powerful
programs and its liberal spirit. I think that, if published on-line with
support of the OpenOffice.org, the book could become
its additional financial source. So I wonder if such support is possible.

Yours sincerely,
Igor Makarov, PhD
Independent Researcher
