When mobile phones routinely have more than 1GB of ram, and more than 2 GB of storage, you can look into running OOo on your mobile phone. Until then, if you want OOo on your mobile phone, you'll have to use a mobile phone that a) runs Linux, and b) uses some sort of portable storage device.
