 Any ideas ?

Yes.
Microsoft, in its infinite state of maximizing user inconvenience, and
minimizing productivity. in a futile attempt to ensure that all
products appear to be defective by design, has decreed that your user
settings are wrong, and changed them to something that they deem
acceptable.

To fix the probklems that microsfot w2qants you to have, each and
every day for the rest of yoru life, you need to:
* Change the extension associations for all file formats that you want
OOo to open by default;
* Block Microsoft from ever accessing your computer in any way, shape, or form;
(Preferably, convert your system to stand alone with no phone or
network connections.)

I just went half mad with frustration, unable for several days to update a website that I manage, because, as I eventually discovered, the damfool Microsoft firewall, which I had turned off, had turned itself on again, without even notifying me, let alone asking my permission.

Sometimes I wish IBM still made mini-mainframes, so I could just cut over everything to z/OS.
